Song Hye-kyo Expresses Deep Affection for Her Mother: “She’s the Best Woman to Me”

Actress Song Hye-kyo recently expressed her deep affection and respect for her mother.
On the 16th, a new vlog titled "Part 2! Not Me, Hye-kyo Unni's Vlog" was posted on the YouTube channel "Gyangmingyeong."
In the video, Song Hye-kyo visited a favorite grilled intestines restaurant with Kang Min-kyung, sharing a glimpse into her down-to-earth daily life.
Feeling hungry, Song Hye-kyo ordered four servings of grilled intestines, surprising viewers. She revealed, "I eat grilled intestines so often, sometimes three times a month." She added, "After finishing a diet or when I return from overseas trips, I come straight here."
While talking to the restaurant owner, Kang Min-kyung asked, "Is Hye-kyo Unni's mother also beautiful?" The owner replied, "Of course," mentioning her mother's beauty. Song Hye-kyo smiled, recalling how her mother always tells her to cut the fat off the intestines when she visits.
She also described her mother’s personality, saying, "My mom is very outgoing and spontaneous, which is completely opposite of me." She proudly spoke of her mother’s bright personality.
Later, Song Hye-kyo ordered three more servings of grilled intestines and shared her life philosophy during the conversation. "I’ve been through a lot, but I try to think positively," she said. "Once something happens, I try to forget it quickly. I believe everything is just a process, and I try to look forward to the good days ahead."
She also shared valuable lessons she learned from her mother, recalling how her mother used to tell her, "Let things flow naturally." Song Hye-kyo explained, "Even if things are going bad, there’s no point in trying to stop them. Everything is part of the process, so let things flow until better days come."
She added, "My mom is an amazing person. She’s the best woman to me. Even before being a mother."
When Kang Min-kyung asked if she had ever told her mother such things, Song Hye-kyo responded, "Not yet, but I’m really grateful," reaffirming her love and admiration for her mother.
